Organizational Culture Change It is about how to make change work this time and how can you bring about successful organizational change.  You cannot do that by changing structures, procedures or creating statements etc. The only way you to bring about organizational change is helping people to change specific behaviors otherwise nothing will change in the organization as at all.  The facilitating thing about change in an organizations is it's personal change, combined with collective change. And that is where "culture" comes in. Because the organizational culture is where we do things around, and we can change that by helping each other and utilizing the stickiness of culture.
